Summary/Abstract: In the beginning of the paper the author defines a problem, gives the definition of the notion “discourse”. The central part of the paper is dedicated to the selected study subject: PR-discourse study. The author makes an attempt to describe types, participants, limits of PR-discourse space and the criteria, which a text belongs to PR-discourse. The author says, that notion "PR-discourse" needn’t identify with notions "language PR" and "PR-language". In the conclusion of the paper an author says, that PR-discourse is the special type of institutional discourse, which owns typical signs and functions, that’s why PR-discourse differs from other discourse types. This study is interested to linguistics specialists and PR specialists.
