In addition to this, how marketing of Israeli food in Mexico has evolved. Fieldwork took place in Israel and in Mexico City. Twenty qualitative interviews were conducted in Israel in total. Ten were conducted with Mexican Jews living in Israel and another ten with Israelis who lived in Mexico and who have returned to Israel.
