Summary/Abstract: This study was planned and organized with the aim of defining the current state of medical teaching programmes’ teachin method and techniques, related activities, time, equipment, learning environment, learning and teaching processes, content, programme gainings and general purposes according to the point of views of teaching staffs and the research assistants. The data collecting toool/instrument used fort his research developed by Hande KOCABATMAZ for her pHd thesis and was used to evaluate the “The Technology Designing Lesson”. After having permission from Hande KOCABATMAZ to use the data collecting questionnaire it was put into more suitable form to be used to evaluate and compare the participants’ point of views on teh medical teaching program. In the first section of this study the literature of this subject was worked on and more operational concepts were studied on under the medical education subject title. And also some domestic adn overseas studies were collected and worked on and their data were put into account. In the second part of this study the aim, importance, problem sentence, sub problems, thye research universe and sampling, data collecting tool and teh research method were defined. In the third section of the study the applying of the study was orginized and the data were evaluated with the statistical methods defined before according to the handed data. In the last section of the study the latest handed data were evaluated some suggestions were presented and the a discussion was prepared related to the result of the study. But in this study only; “The Comparison of the Point of views of the Lecturers’ and Teaching Staffs’ Related to Medical Teaching Programme” was studied on.
