Summary/Abstract: In our country, it seems that professional structuring and standardization have not been achieved adequately in the field of facility management which is evaluated as a way of doing business in parallel with the growing and developing construction and industrial sector in our country. The main problems are the uncertainties about which services the firms operating in this service sector are subject to, what the facilities management services are, the supervisory and regulatory authority on the field activities of unfavorable firms and the lack of legal / administrative regulations on facility management. In this direction, the standards required by facility management services need to be monitored and supervised by a regulatory authority. In this study, it is assumed that the facility management in our country is regarded as a professional business, the legal status of this business area, the duty of the business and its employees to work in the field to provide facility management services, and finally the legal and administrative arrangements It will be given.
