Summary/Abstract: This article refer to one of the most important rights which belongs to every nation in European Union, the rights to cultural heritage. The perspective of this material includes the national reglementation in the field and also the european reglementation regarding to Council Regulation No 3911/92 of 9 December 1992 on the export of cultural goods, and Regulation No 116/2009 of 18 December 2008 concerning the export of cultural goods. We also have in mind the Council Directive 93/7/EEC of 15 March 1993 on the return of cultural objects unlawfully removed from a Member State, wich is very important in the field.
