The relationship between the ECHR and the court of justice for uniform human rights

Summary/Abstract: For over 50 years ECHR it was the only international treaty that regulated the human rights across European zone. But, on 7th December 2000, during to a high meeting of European Council at Nyssa proclaimed Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. This action was followed by long discussions inside European Union tied to the European rights application order.
