Summary/Abstract: The citizens of the Republic of Bulgaria, as sovereign of state power, worried by the continuing lack of continuity in the conduct of state policy, the confrontation and division in society, the diminishing confidence in the institutions and the lack of leadership, finding and finding that the main challenges facing society today are the problems of poverty, the declining competitiveness of the country, migration, the demographic crisis, education, health and the strengthening of the state which directly affects the security of the state and the citizens and the sustainability of the nation, which are caused by the absence of a national ideal and national doctrine.
