ORGANIZATION OF THE PROCESSES FOR THE INTRODUCTION OF ELECTRONIC JUSTICE IN THE REGIONAL COURTS

Summary/Abstract: The present article addresses issues related to the introduction of e-justice in a District Court as part of the reform of the judiciary and as one of the main elements of the e-government concept. The advantages for society from the introduction of e-justice have been indicated. The main measures to be taken, as well as the e-justice legislative framework at the time of publication of the material have been discussed.
