Summary/Abstract: The recent study of the two different concepts of Islamic radicalism and Turkish rationalism arises from their competitive opposition to Bulgarian territory. Islamic emissaries are trying to impose on Bulgarian Muslims an extremist and aggressive ideology leading to separatist moods and encountering the natural resistance of the Turkish community. The interaction process between the two concepts is characterized by preaching religious intolerance and ethnic hatred between Islamic radicalism and Turkish rationalism directly related to the preservation of ethnic peace in Bulgaria and national security, which are the subject of the current publication.
