Summary/Abstract: The content of the article concerns the theory of speech acts. It presents in details systematization on the basis of the role (function) criteria which those acts play in the area of social relations and it emphasizes their great importance for the positive law sphere, especially for the interpretation of the law theory. The author concentrates on discussing and systematizing conceptual apparatus in reference to evaluating role and stresses its importance in the process of the making and adjudication of the law. Much of his concern is devoted to the theory of speech acts on the basis of interpretation of the declaration of intend and the theory of the declaration of intend and the meaning of the context for the proper identification of the content of the declaration of intend.
