Summary/Abstract: Art has had an important task in terms of communication down the ages. Sometimes it has been a reflection of reality, and sometimes its aim has been to submit the ideal. While doing these, it takes advantages of aesthetics values. However, these values has changed a lot according to the era and society while historical facts and lifestyles has changed the sense of society and artist’s point of view in art. According to the values society has, how is sensed has been an important issue. Ethic values has been important in sensing the art, art has created all of the rules to obey in discipline. These values that are in all the disciplines do not make themselves content with the norms that is already in society, on the contrary, they has become a philosophical process that has been discussing these norms. We see that these processes are misunderstood by most artists, because art offer artists an area of freedom to make a choice between multiple phraseologies. In the present case, how the artists must behave or how far they must be free have been an important issue. In this regard, how important are art or universal ethic values that an artist must have, needs to be known. In a study about it, how ethic values and art are seen by people is examined with details.
