Summary/Abstract: The article is a broad analysis with strong practical accents of the concept of corruption (between morality and legality), being structured in two parts regarding the existing international and national regulations in the field of anti-corruption, plus a part examining the case law of the Constitutional Court on the institutional aspects of the anti-corruption fight in Romania. Also, the normative framework analyzed in this article covers all three dimensions of the anti-corruption process: the preventive dimension, the repressive dimension and the reparatory dimension.
