Summary/Abstract: The efficient research requires a basic understanding of different research tools, research strategies and techniques, which are explained in this article. In this way, students gradually acquire knowledge and develop their research skills, which help them to plan a literature research, to implement and evaluate scientific literature. There are different research options presented as well as strategies and techniques for successful and purposeful research.
