Is Existence a Predicate?

Summary/Abstract: The main topic of the paper is the interpretation of the problem ‘is existence a predicate’. First part of the paper is concerned especially with the explanation of classical questions originating from accepting of subject-predicative logical form and connecting with it wrong explanation of modal categories. In the second part is presented Frege’s new analysis of quantification and Russell’ theory of description. In conclusion I think that the fundamental problem of existing can be put on the very new foundation.
