From the standpoint of axiological approach, national identity is interpreted as anidea about oneself as a part of the national community, nation based on a certain system oftraditional values. There is a strongly pronounced interrelation between national identity, spirituality and traditional values which stems from the role of spiritual values in globalized spaceand actual threats of globalization.
