On Emotions in Family Business Management

Summary/Abstract: The areas including the problem of emotions carry a significant potential for generating important impact on management sciences. The stream of research oriented to the exploration of emotions can be also found as one of the latest in the area of entrepreneurship. Emotions, carried out from the owner and their family to the ground of the enterprise,may have significant impact on the achievement of the objectives of the company and also their earlier establishment and, consequently, success and its perception.In this context, the aim of the paper is to describe the role of emotions in a family business when particularly taking into account their impact on the perception of values in business as well as the preferences of the family in the field of the family and the business.
