Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to analyze the competitive tools used by service companies providing services on the real estate market in the area of brokerage of real estate. In the paper, a particular attention is drawn to the basic concepts of gaining and maintaining competitive advantage and also there is conducted the analysis of the results of the research carried out on a group of service companies providing services on the real estate market. In the paper there is conducted the analysis of the subjective perception of their competitive position and the level of competition on the market of real estate brokerage. There are also identified and classified the concepts of competitiveness used by the enterprises under research, grouped into the classical and resource-based categories.
