Summary/Abstract: The author exposed the “special found” problem in this article. He analyzed the Ukrainian current legislation and international acts, which regulate the storage procedure and the retention order of transported cultural values. He also suggested to solve the problem of legalization the forfeit cultural values as contribution using the experience of Russian Federation.
