Summary/Abstract: The analysis of current legislation of the custom registration order of cultural values import, as well as legal effect of customs import’s rules violation was firstly realized by author in referred article. Furthermore, was realized the deep analysis of department normative acts, which regulate an order of individuals and entities taxation while transportation of cultural heritage objects in mode of "import".
