Summary/Abstract: The future prospects of every democratic state are conditioned by the society's intellectual and spiritual input into its children and young people, that is, into their personality moral development, knowledge, education, and social security. Consequently, Lithuania's top priorities at present and in the future should be the above mentioned values.
