Summary/Abstract: 19 th age was a tragic period for the Ottoman State. The wars and result of them in this age were the main causes of the catastrophe above. The immigration was the most important result of this demolition. Because, the housing issues caused by immigration from the Caucasus and to direct them into Balkans. For immigrants territory was provided to settle in and they were supported to build their houses. Having been provided with agriculture tools and seeds they were give a fillip to take part in manufacture. In this study Caucasus arefugees in the Balkans considering to official Ottoman documents and article debated this topic in detail.
