Summary/Abstract: The separationist rebellions in the Ottoman Empire did start from the beginning of the 19th C. The Bulgarians who lived under the adminıstration of the Ottomans rebelled against them under the influence of the Russians. As a result, a conflict rose among the Macedonian Greek, Bulgarian and Serbs. The entrance of the Russia into this conflict changed it into an international subject. To obtain their goals, the Bulgarians and Serbs constructed different terror organizations and some terrorist attacks took place in the Macedonia. This paper examines the coverage of Macedonian Rebellion in the content of the British and American new papers published in 1903, between August and October. The newspapers reveal some information about both the reasons for the beginning of the Macedonian Rebellion and the role of Russia and Austria in that.
