Ethical aspects of responsibility of medical doctors in Bulgaria

Summary/Abstract: Professional ethics is a set of rules and moral standards of behaviour that are initial elements of the legal area for various professional organizations. From the legal point of view the ethic rules are regulated by the legislature. They are administrated as compulsory legal acts through codes. Besides, the professional organizations can describe these codes in details as well as observe and penalized them when there is a violation. This study aims to examine the professional organization of physicians, to analyze the legal significance and meaning of the Code of Professional Ethics and Professional Responsibility, which it induces with activities of the medical care.
