Summary/Abstract: Following the introduction of the health insurance system in the Republic of Bulgaria, various processes requiring regulation, such as public relations, appeared and developed. An indispensable element of this regulation is preliminary, present and subsequent control. In exercising this control legal disputes arise, which leads to the conclusion that refinement of the regulatory system of this control and its right implementation are needed. We provide an analysis of this system and the basic theoretical and practical problems arising from its application.
