Summary/Abstract: It is studied the necessity of strengthening speleological functions of cities by means of recreational resources of underground waters in the article. It is suggested to view the sub-systems of natural and artificial cave’s complexes as a nucleus of touristic attraction of territorial recreational of town’s systems.
