Summary/Abstract: The study contains content associated with the projects, the implementationof which will allow you to avoid mistakes made in the course of the inventory.Attention is focused on improvements in four key areas, which include: selectionand proper preparation of all those involved in the process of inventory; timelyand substantively correct drafting all documents to enable the smooth conduct ofcounting though disrupting normal rhythm of company/; the development ofa clear, transparent, widely understandable procedures and abide by them duringthe implementation of the tasks and equipment inventory of human subjects involvedin material flow and its documentation/information technology equipmentto expedite the consolidation and exchange of information activities.
