Summary/Abstract: The evolving globalization process is accompanied by challenges as a result of the peculiarities of the cultural-civilization development of our human society at the present stage of the development. This is the effect of two interrelated factors: the primordial unity of the world in which we live as a given, and an ever higher degree of knowledge of the existing ties and interaction in our development process. This forms the need to develop security strategies for the adaptation of social development to the new system of relations.
