Summary/Abstract: The present article depicts the influence of employer branding on employment in a company as well as processes where employer branding (EB) is very often applied. First, employer branding is explained. A short history of EB and its influence on organization is presented. Then the field where EB can be applied is described. Four essential processes in which EB is the most frequently implemented (communication process, recruitment process, implementation and development process, downsizing process) are characterized. Furthermore, the relationship between this type of management and CSR is described. Finally, in a brief summary it is shown that EB has a huge influence on the functioning of a company and issues related to employment.
