Summary/Abstract: This article is dedicated to the problem of the research of the Ukrainian plakhta`s fabric which is created by the craftsmen of Krolevets' factory of art weaving. Outlined the main stages of the development of this type of fabric manufacturing and identified new forms of their functioning at XX century.
