Summary/Abstract: We can make the hard work of listening and understanding if we transmit our thoughts clearly and succintly to the listener and if our voice is pleasant and natural as well. In the case when we make it possible for the listener to filter out the essence, the fundamental message; when the listener doesn’t just hear sentences connected to each other but interconnected thoughts as well. This study is focusing on the conditions required for the deliverer to use his/her voice properly for transmitting his/her thoughts.
