Summary/Abstract: In this article the main causes and effects of the educational migration ofUkrainian students to Poland, namely, to the city of Lodz, are presented. The prospectsof Lodz Economic Zone as a place of future employment for Ukrainian studentsare shown. The rankings of Lodz higher educational institutions are analyzed forrevealing their attractiveness to Ukrainian students as their would-be Alma Mater.The short-term prediction of the change of the number of Ukrainian students in theLodz higher educational institutions as well as the analysis of the causes of occurringthe educational clusters of Ukrainian students in the city of Lodz have beencarried out.
