Summary/Abstract: Digital natives perform a massive part of everyday activities on the Internet.Their immersion into cyberspace is deep and virtual reality seems to be as important asa real one for them. Cyber bullying, including hate speech attacks, is perceived as a notabledilemma for nowadays information society. The aim of the paper is to present this cohort’sattitude towards online hate speech and performing such attacks for financial benefits. Weconducted a study among Polish students dedicated to investigate their willingness to becomea paid hater. Results present that a significant part of subjects is ready to attack otherusers against remuneration. Yet, the expected amount of financial benefit varies considerablydepending on the type of required hate speech attack and anticipated victim type.
