Penal Liability of Adolescents as Children Under art. 10 § 2 of the Penal Code

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article was to discuss the issue of penal liability incurred by children for the punishable acts they commit. That issue was presented in the lightof two legal documents – the selected provisions of the penal code and of the acton juvenile delinquency proceedings. The article indicated and discussed in detail the premises that need to be met for juveniles to incur penal liability, for what prohibitedacts they incur liability, and the list of penal measures exercised against juveniles.
