Influencing the Statements in the Romanian Criminal Law - the constitutive content

Summary/Abstract: In the present paper we have examined the constitutive content of the offense of influencing the statements, considering the incrimination stipulated in the new Romanian Criminal Code. Within the examination, we have referred to the judicial practice in the matter adopted by the courts in Romania. The elements of novelty consist in the conducted analysis, as well as the comparative examination which took into consideration the provisions of the law and the previous law, a useful analysis in the judicial practice, in the process of identifying and applying the more favorable criminal law. The work may be useful to the academic environment as well as to practitioners in the field.
