Summary/Abstract: After presenting the opinions of S. Kamiñski, Z. Hajduk, A. Maryniarczyk, J. Perzanowski, and G. Schenk about the use of logic in metaphysics, the author gives two examples of the use improper tools of formal logic in metaphysics. Thus, a logical reconstruction of the first St. Thomas Aquinas road made by J. M. Bocheński is an unsuitable attempt because the small quantifier does not constitute the sign of the affirmation of being. Similarly, the interpretation of the analogy of proportionality (of the same author) as isomorphy is not adequate, especially because the analogy of being lacks the correlator that makes each element of the field relation to the element of the field of the relation which should be the isomorphic one. The weak point of the theory of isomorphism is its univocity as well as the reduction of the richness of the analogy of being to purely formal properties. Finally, taking into account the character of contemporary logic as that of the autonomic, the author suggests to be attentive in the application of formal logic in realistic metaphysics.
