Summary/Abstract: This article deals with relational model of digital skills, derived from both relational sociology and relational concept of culture. The overall goal is to indicate the necessary extension of the collection of research tools used in studies of digital skills. The article also presents a normative model of digital skills and tools. It connects reflections from media studies and information science.
