Summary/Abstract: The novel “Sister” by Kuzma Chyorniy has a complicated narrative organization that differs from typical Soviet prose. The category of internal eventfulness attracts special attention. Analytical psychologism (ability to see the reality primarily through psychology – impression + perception + awareness-comprehension + reasoning, thoughts) in “Sister” becomes the basis for disclosure of internal eventfulness that for the first time begins its successive domination over the internal eventfulness in Belarusian prose. Such a way of illustrating the reality was innovative and indistinctive for Belarusian realistic discourse of the 1920s and 1930s.
