Summary/Abstract: The subject of the research is archetypical plot structures in Belarusian authorly prose in the beginning of the 20th century. At this time the authorly plot, which was formerly nothing but the exact reproduction and repetition of ready (mythological and folklore) eventful formulae, is shifted to a whole new – creative – level of development; the turn to creative transformation of plot universals occurs. The realization of traditional plot in works by Vatslau Lastousky is remarkable in this respect. The percentage of most regular and productive plot units is defined in the article on the basis of “morphological” analysis of plot models in the fiction by Vlast. The issues of separate groups of plot archetypes dynamics as the result of the influence of individual authorly approach are studied.
