Summary/Abstract: In the text the author constructs a new model of carrier called a „spectacularsuccess”. This model is compared to carriers realized in corporations. It is placedin neoliberal culture. In this text the author tries to prove that magazine “Sukces”(Success) contains hidden message which is supposed to influence decisions concerningprofessional life biography.
