Summary/Abstract: In given article is the data of the analysis more than 60 dissertations of end ХХ – beginnings ХХІ centuries, devoted to studying of orthodox monastic culture. Thematic and methodological directions in them are considered and has done the conclusion about the further ways of scientific researches of the given object.
