Cohesion policy as a determinant of perception culture of sustainable development in Poland

Summary/Abstract: The concept of sustainable development is central for Euro-Atlantic civilization. Polish institutional system of the wasn't and isn't active in promoting and implementing sustainable development culture. In relation to other EU countries it is delayed in the process of promoting, building and actively shape. In all the objectives of the EU's action is inscribed sustainability. Thus, the political culture of the European Communities through cohesion policy determining impact on national cultures. Thus, as documented in the work, there is a very positive process, caused by cohesion policy, the implementation of sustainable development culture in Poland.
