Summary/Abstract: In the article, some word order errors made by foreigners learning Polish are presented and analyzed. The author focuses mostly on the errors concerning the order of adverbials and modal words as well as a certain type of subject-predicate order errors. The aim of the article was also to connect the types of the word order errors to the rules which are being broken.
