Summary/Abstract: The article presents the issue of teaching Polish by the means of pop music. The author shows how some pop songs can be used during the Polish classes and how to select the right repertoire. He also presents the benefits of using pop music as a teaching material and the role of pop songs as cultural texts in teaching Polish as a foreign language. The songs presented in the article are only the author´s suggestions and they do not exhaust the subject of teaching Polish as a foreign language by means of pop music.
