Quality training of cabin crew as the factor of safety flight operations

Summary/Abstract: In the era of air transport and existing threats authorities responsible for the safety of air transport keep developing new procedures and methods of training. To reduce the risk carriers regularly train their cabin crew members who are obligated to instruct passengers on safety measures before the flight. Human factor is the cause of 80% plane accidents in aviation. The aim of this article is to present aspects connected with the crew training, with the main focus on safety improvement of passengers on flight. The article analyses and compares the quality and different kinds of trainings conducted by airlines.
