Summary/Abstract: The author analyzes the nature of innovation processes, the distinctions between legal innovations and innovations in legal activities. In the article the preconditions of innovative law firms are proved. The influence of technological innovations on the development of legal services business is investigated. Particular attention is paid to virtualization of legal services. The task for innovative reform of legal education is drawn.
