Summary/Abstract: The article defines the sense of concepts «competitive diagnostics» and «firm competitiveness». The author substantiates peculiarities of determination of a competitiveness rate of a law firm due to application of analytical instruments, analysis of financial indices of the activity, positioning in international and national rankings. The author has analyzed procedures of evaluation of individual competitiveness of Ukrainian lawyers.
