Summary/Abstract: By the object of our research became one of regions of Ukraine – East Galychina, territory of which was in long duration confessional disputes, especially in the first third of XXth centuries. A biographic certificate is given in the article, the separate aspects of conductor’s and composer’s activity of Tadey Kupchinskuy are reflected, as a representative of this region. His notogrefic work is systematized in the field of church music, the characteristic features of work are marked. Basic maintenance of the article is devoted to the researching of musical features of «Service Divine» by T. Kupchinskuy. The period of writing cycle is determined on the basis of biographic information about a composer and materials of magazines which touch of that time state of cultural−art and church life of edge. It is analysed reading−art out, stylistic, musically theoretical, vocally choral and performance analyses of liturgy cycle with recognition of stylish tendencies and creative experience of previous composers of church music of East Galychina.
