Summary/Abstract: This article deals with an original proposed benchmark instrument useful in selecting investment projects, called The Circular Synergic Benchmark (CSB) graph. It is proposed to be used in Project Management and in other Management activities. Compared with the other graphs or benchmark instruments, this instrument allows for one single view to have a complete image of good and bad aspects of economic, technical, social, and environmental issues of two or more projects in order to chose the best one.
