Summary/Abstract: The article presents a chosen classification of classical management concepts and discusses the problem of employees’ motivating according to discussed concepts. The aim of the paper is the consideration on the question if enterprises which use chosen classical concepts of employees’ motivating have a chance for development or if they are doomed to failure.
