Summary/Abstract: The article is divided into the following sections: Introduction; Preparation for Marriage; Family Pastoral Work; Support and Protection of Human Life; Spiritual Formation; Conclusion. Special emphasis was given to the resolutions from First Synod of the Diocese of Łomża, 2005 and to recent papal teachings about marriage and family. The author shows the most essential elements regarding pastoral care of families.
